Service Terms & Conditions
1. Agreement to Terms
By booking or receiving services from Toronto Home Cleaners (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“the client”) confirm that you
have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.
2. Cancellations & Schedule Changes
We reserve time exclusively for each client. To remain fair to our team and other customers, the following policies apply:
• More than 2 business days’ notice: No charge
• 24–48 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled service fee
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: 100% of the service fee
All cancellation fees are non-refundable. If an appointment is canceled, rescheduled, or missed after our team has
started traveling to or arrived at the property, the full service fee will apply.
3. Health, Safety & Pest Conditions
If our team encounters conditions that pose health or safety risks — including pest infestations, insect remains, or
contamination — we reserve the right to stop service immediately. The full service fee remains payable.
4. Service Pricing & Scope
Service pricing is based on the information provided at booking. Prices are flat service rates and apply only if the
property condition matches the description provided. We may adjust pricing or decline service if conditions differ.
5. Recurring Cleaning Plans
Recurring services are offered without long-term contracts. A minimum of one (1) week’s notice is required to cancel
future appointments. Promotional deep-clean upgrades are subject to minimum service completion requirements.
6. Cleaning Scope, Add-Ons & Exclusions
Standard services follow published package descriptions. Optional add-ons are available for an additional fee.
Biohazards, pest cleanup, hoarding conditions, and unsafe environments are excluded from all services.
7. Safety Standards
To protect our team, staff will not lift heavy objects, use ladders, or handle hazardous materials. Unsafe environments
may result in immediate service termination with full charges applied.
8. Equipment & Products
We supply professional-grade cleaning products and equipment. Client-provided materials are used at the client’s risk
and responsibility.
9. Property Access
Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access. If access cannot be obtained, the full service fee will apply.
10. Pets

Clients are responsible for securing pets. If a pet poses a safety risk, service may be discontinued and the full service
11. Damage Reporting
Any damage or loss must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Claims submitted after this period may not
be reviewed.
12. Limitation of Liability
Liability for key replacement is limited to $100. Property damage liability is limited to ten times the service fee. We are
not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
13. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we will address concerns within 48 hours where applicable.
14. Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued for eligible cancellations made within the required notice period.
